I'm a new customer of GM Specialties, since moving to Roseville I was searching for a good and honest
auto shop. I research several shops in the area and GM Specialties by far had the best reviews and after talking with KC I kind of knew this was the shop for me! In my opinion KC and his team our honest, caring and did a great job working on my car. I believe their prices are fare in terms of industry rates and at no time did they try to sell me any products or services not required in fact, KC pointed out a problem with my dashboard display and instead of trying to sell me on fixing it at his shop, he recommended another shop he uses for this particular issue, meaning saving me time and money. Overall great experience! I had brought in my 2004 Ford Focus due to an observed radiator leak. Would
have been super pricey to repair and due to how old the vehicle is, I did not feel it was appropriate to go all out on the repairs. But great customer service from start to finish and I would absolutely go back for any future inspections or maintenance on any other vehicles!

My car died while driving and I had it towed to JAC. They dealt with a huge mess I was unaware of wit
h a great attitude and some humor. But the kicker was the car didn’t start the next day. It was an alternator issue they had fixed. Even mechanics get bad products. There was an issue with the new alternator. HONESTLY they could have taken me for a money adventure….it was the perfect scenario to take advantage if your a shady place. THEY DID NOT. They owned it, kept me aware of the issue, and fought the battle over a faulty product on their dime & time. Good guys. Fast. But I wrote this review because I trust them. If something goes wrong with the car, I trust them to take care of it if it’s there issue. I will recommend this place to others. Very impressed.

I brought in my 1983 Ford Country Squire wagon because I thought I had a fuel filter clogged with dir
t after I filled up with gas. They installed a new fuel filter, checked out the quality of the gas, and ran a pressure test on the fuel line. Then tested the car but it sputtered dead after a few short runs. Then they checked the ignition and found a broken wire connected to a capacitor. They replaced it and the wagon runs well again.
