ll these years later. STILL GOING STRONG. I would not trust another mechanic with my vehicle, unless I was in a situation where I had to use another one. They are honest, trustworthy, caring, and are like family to me. If your vehicle MUST have a manufacturer part they will tell you, but if a non-manufacturer is available and will do the same job, they will tell you that too. Non-manufacturer parts will save you money. Also, if your vehicle will need some work but not immediately (6 - 12 months down the road) they will tell you that as well. Open on weekends too!!

From the first phone contact with Hector, the proprietor forward I was treated with absolute respect,
and understanding of my problem. My Honda CRV had an aftermarket transponder left installed after purchase. Although it wasn’t activated, it interfered with my remote key fob, locking me out and disabling my ignition. Hector did the troubleshooting and restored my electricals to the original wiring configuration. He went
out of his way to let me know my battery was at its expiration date and was not cranking at less than optimal voltage. He also suggested the door lock actuator may be due for a replacement. All straightforward, and helpful without any pressure or service upsell. That is what I consider service with integrity. Thank you Hector and your friendly staff too!

miling face when entering the service department - to the service received, and how quickly it was performed. We have been going to Bonita Valley for many years, bringing in many vehicles we've had, and have always been very happy with the experience.
Hope Ronnie stays employed there until we can no longer drive a car! Seriously.
