We had no idea who to go to, though this was the closest place to where we were and we crossed our fingers and went to ask if they could help us out. My auto body work came out great. The entire JM Lexus team did a great job. It was such a pleasure
to work with Briana ‘Bri’ at the JM Lexus Collision Center. You can normally tell the character of an auto shop employee, not when things are going well, but rather when your workday has gone a bit haywire. Bri is professional and cool under pressure. In the time I worked with Bri, I very much was drawn by her honest and freedom of speech. No positioning, no BS slickness. I really liked that. Bri’s communication skills are very impressive. A 5-star person working with a 5-star auto dealership!

th Nick DeLuca. The customer service was superb and he kept me well informed during the entire process. While it was not a quick process, I’m thankful it wasn’t. I simply wouldn’t trust any place that could repair a car in a week or two, they are obviously cutting corners. I have no doubt my car was repaired properly and with great care. Mr. DeLuca even informed me that the repairs another shop did, from a wreck several years ago, are already falling apart. I’m so thankful I have found a body shop I can trust. Thanks Bodywerks!
