My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark wou
ld do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.

Mixed experience, but still better than dealership
I was taking my cars to Adam's Mercedes Garage for years. It was smaller, more focused business back
then, and Adam was really amazing.
When Mercedes Garage became Park Place, the experience became mixed. On a positive side, they always try to save me money, and suggest optimal solutions. They are not in rush to charge you, unless they are absolutely sure they nailed the problem. Recently, I had a positive experience, where they saved me tons of money by helping me get rebuilt steering rack installed, I really appreciate that.
But then there are confusing things. As part of the last big service, they did Service B, even though my car was due for Service A (B is the more expensive one). They did alignment without asking me (3x times more expensive than Les Schwab). For many pesky problems (and oh modern MB is full of those), I have to bring cars multiple times. I honestly don't blame it fully on PP - Mercedes cars are full of fancy stuff, and the more there is the more breaks, and AMG versions are more and more complex, so it is I suspect harder to diagnose things. But anyway, I would appreciate more attention to details and more push to get to the bottom of problems on first attempt.
If you have money to burn - Lynnwood MB is currently the best place for MB. I do not, so PP is more practical, and currently still the best choice in Bellevue IMHO.
