They’re also very flexible when it comes to arranging times to bring your vehicle in or pick it up. They almost always answer their phone and are aware of what’s going on with your vehicle when you ask. If not, they’ll put you on hold for 2 minutes and return with a detailed update from the mechanic. I hope they continue to earn my business as they have so far.
