A hot day driving on Guadalupe Rd. Stopped by a passing train and my car's alternator decides to die.
I was rescued by the people at Hyland Auto. In no time, they had a new part installed at a fair price. Customer Service was great. They sent me home in an Uber compliments of their shop then the service manager drove to my home to pick me up and return me to the shop a few hours later. I highly recommend this shop. Extra added attraction - donuts and coffee on the house. Will return there for all my auto needs.

I had a Check Engine light, and a stumbling idle for maybe a month before I found time to get it che
cked. Doug's Performance Transmission has been my go to place for a couple years now. They make every effort to get their customers in quickly, their work is always top notch, and everyone in there is professional, courteous, and personable.
I took my problem Ford in at the scheduled 8 AM, they had it in the bay within minutes, and completed within the hour. (important to me since I had no alternative but to wait for it)
The diagnosed issue was the actual problem, and I have it back, running like showroom new.
That's why I keep going there, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.
