Fabian was awesome from the beginning. Understanding of what we were looking for and was able to very
quickly compensate when the car we wanted to look at sold before we got there.
He got us an equivalent vehicle to test drive, and located the exact one we wanted before we got back from the drive. It was on the lot the next day.
Trade in was fair. I traded a very low mileage car that wasn’t worth quite as much as I’d hoped. After the deal was finished, I checked several other dealers for vehicles comparable to my trade. They offered trade value was spot on and I couldn’t have asked for a better deal!
Even the finance guy was likable. He reminded me of an actor that I cannot place. Explained everything well and was very efficient.
By the time I took delivery of my last new Chevrolet, my wife was crying and I was screaming at the sales manager. Hyundai has a customer for life!

shy about trying to get me into anything other than what I originally intended and set out to buy. After I'd made the purchase and driven my car home, he called me up to check on me, giving me some advice on how to get the most out of my car, and letting me know that I had the opportunity to get free Electrify America card which provided me with free charges-- let me repeat that, he actually called me AFTER he'd already made the sale to help me out more. That kind of service is above and beyond what I expected from a car dealer. Thanks Louis.

We live in the country. We'd just gone through a long stretch of dry weather so I hadn't used my wind
shield wipers. When it finally started to rain, not much happened, a few drops at first. Just enough to smear the dirt on my windshield. What I discovered next was that pesky (I'm being nice here) rodents had found my washer hose and the only thing getting wet was my engine. Nathan hooked me up and my windows were getting washed in no time. I love Nathan and everyone at Haselwood for taking care of me and my car.
