I've been meaning to leave a review for awhile but this shop has served my family and I for almost a

My car needed a long (120,000 mile) servicing, and I was confident from past experience that Mark wou
ld do just that and be accountable in writing. Plus, there wasn't any surprise added things, like my concern about my steering wheel being a little wonky. It wasn't, but Mark could have done some fake "work" on it and charged me for it. He simply tested my steering wheel and said it was fine and needed nothing, to my great relief.

My truck was making noises in the area of the front brakes during hard stops. Cooper did a thorough
examination and took me for a test drive to identify the noise(s).
They went the extra mile to do me right and charged a very fair price. Honesty and professionalism are what I appreciate most, along with competent work. Cooper checks all the boxes.
