Our car wouldn't start and we thought the battery was dead (it was 7 years old). One of the gentlemen
from Sauder came and jump started it so we could get it to the shop where the battery was replaced quickly. These folks have always been kind and helpful and we appreciate it.

Hard to find noise.
My truck has a noise that comes and goes so is very hard to pinpoint. The Ford Dealer had no problem
taking money and throwing a part at their GUESS. Did not fix my problem. And they don’t want to admit they failed and don’t want to refund over $700.
CT’s tech David is trying to figure it out and I have every confidence we will get it straightened out. Not wasting my time or money. Thank you
