Poor Service
I had one appointment arrived at the service department on time and they told me it would be over four hours so I went and met another appointment came back to the service department and it was still was four hours so I was dropped off but it should not take four hours to do a maintenance check

COVID AND LACK OF STAFFING
I received a call from Jessica, the Service Manager, and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of our conversation. I know the pandemic has made doing business harder for many people and I was reassured of better communication of delays in future. COVID AND LACK OF STAFFING
The routine maintenance took a very long time because of being short staffed. Had we known we would have been better prepared to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change.
