Love my Kona
Rosen made buying my Kona quick, easy and actually fun! Ethan was such a great person to work with. He was so helpful and did everything he could to get me the car I was looking for and the price I needed to be at. I would highly recommend Rosen and Ethan!!!

Terrific vehicle
Really happy with the Santa Cruz. Brennan was terrific. Had to return as vehicle was delivered w/o windshield washer fluid. ‘Free car wash’ is a simple 2 stage machine. This perk was kinda hyped up, especially by Service Mgr telling me how thin and fragile the paint is. You get washed, rinsed and that’s it. Grateful, but you leave with a soaking wet albeit clean car. Better come prepared to dry it ASAP or deal with water spots once you get home. Overall, good experience

Consistent great service year after year
I just got my 4th Hyundai Santa Fe…it’s been my only car the last 15 years. The reason I keep coming back besides loving the Santa Fe, is my salesman Jon Muehl…he is always quick to respond to your call and/or email and answer any questions you have. He knows his cars and shares that knowledge to help you make a decision. Friendly and efficient are how I would describe him. My father also goes to Jon…he likes how knowledgeable and friendly Jon is. They also have a guy named Kevin Navarro who is a sweet young guy who walks you through every button and feature on your new car and he really knows his stuff! Highly recommend Rosen Hyundai!!

Great experience and did not feel pressured.
We were treated with respect and salesman was a very kind human being. He understood the options we wanted in a vehicle, and took us right to the cars to discuss each trim-level. Never did we feel pressured, he just gave us a lot of useful information. I needed a car that evening, and they made it happen quickly and painlessly.

Love my new Hyundai but disappointed in unmasked staff.
As anticipated the process took over 4 hours. Normally, this is to be expected and customers just have to accept and plan accordingly, however, during the spread of Covid 19 and variants to date, the civic duty of all citizens would be be adhere to the recommendation to mask up if not vaxxed. This was NOT evident as being followed at this. This is unacceptable more-so for a consumer business that meets for extended periods of time in close proximity of clients, some of who can are in highest risk age range. This issue raised stress and anxiety levels for me since I unknowingly sat within 18 inches from an unmasked and unvaxxed service rep for over 20 minutes two times through out the process.
