Explained features. Set my car up electronically. We felt he was on our side on final price negotiations. Lack of honesty and respect was from personnel setting trade in value.

Got taken on trade in by dealership
Offered $ 7540 for trade in by used car manager. Settled for $ 9000. Felt was 500 to $ 1000 low, was right. Put car on their used car lot for $ 13,995. This was our sixth new car purchased at this dealership. Never again.
