Good afternoon, 

   I want to first apologize for the complete poor service Experience that you had on your last service visit. 
I am the service director of this store and I will not have Mr. Fitzgeralds guests treated this way. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and 5 star service every visit. 
We have failed you on many levels this trip and I promise that this will not happen again. We are not perfect but perfection is what we strive for and we will continue to improve.
