Price on the website was different than the price presented to me during negotiations. The explanations for the difference were weak at best. Low balled my trade in and drug out the whole process. They were lucky that they had the inventory that I was looking for

We did a very poor job with this client. Several coaching opportunities here.
Went into the dealership with no intent to buy as we were just browsing, however, Maverick was so friendly and listened to everything we had to say and needed. The overall car buying experience was excellent and the staff was very friendly!
