convenient location. Helpful personnel
My experience was very positive especially since it was a rainy evening. All personnel were courteous and very helpful. The follow up call was appreciated to see if I had any questions. Since I don't live in Little Rock I will go to Conway for my regular services of which they were very encouraging and supportive rather then insist I come to Little Rock.

The appearance of the building, the pleasant smiles that greet you inside and out, the friendliness of the people that work there.
Crain Hyundai in Little Rock was a very warm place to shop for cars. Everyone that worked there was so friendly and wanted your experience to be the best from showing us the vehicles to finishing up the sales. They took time to explain everything and make the experience so easy.. I would certainly share with others and go back myself for my next vehicle.
