Low pressure and high quality
From the start I had more pressure sales tactics, good communication and high quality service. While there were shipping delays (no surprise in these turbulent times) they were communicated to me on a regular basis. My vehicle was delivered in pristine condition at exactly the terms agreed upon.

Had no real issues working with this dealer.
Over the years not much has changed other than the cars are getting better. There were quite good when
i got my first many a year ago. Had looked over the last several years to upgrade. Finally, it was time. Had to wait for delivery but that is typical this year. Didn't get quite the trade-in value I wanted but it was fair and glad to have upgraded.

Buying my first new car
I had a awesome experience.I had great customer service for the first time and was forced to buy a car Right away.I wasn’t given the chance drive a lot of different cars.The person that help me was so kind and treated me like family and was very knowledgeable in cars.I felt like I was in good hands to know everything about the car that I decided to buy.The person never rushed off to do something else .He made sure I was taken care and made sure I understood the paper work.I truly love the excellent customer service.I have never experienced that before in a long time.Well pleased.

Great car, How many managers??
The car is great. We love it. I like Hyundai products. The sale was good.
I get taken back by the numerous different mangers sending me feedback request. That is ridiculous, a cost waste added to my car? This adds cost duplication of management effort. I am here to tell you there job is so unimportant to me the consumer. I received no less than 5 emails from different manager titles. Hyundai north America, Hyundai sales manger ect.
The subscription for bluelink is intrusive, irritating application. I will not use it.

One of these managers could have taken the time to remove the extra plastic and rubber bands on the seat belts from shipping, or remove the blue tape on the B pillar inside. Maybe washed it better? Less effort on feedback request, please.
Suggestion: have 1 person send 1 request for feedback. I have had SO much spam email since I used Hyundai Finance. I used it to get the $500 rebate. Lee Johnson promised not to sell my name, I think they kept their word. Hyundai Finance says they do sell it on their web site! So here's my summery.
Ditch bluelink>
Don't use Hyundai finance> get a credit union loan.

Santa cruz pre order
Not happy my new 2022 santa cruz has scratches on interior and broken clip or lose on front bumper. I would say have new car washed before showing it. Waited over 3 months for it. Make sure to show specific features for each model online is misleading on options for each one

I walked in and was directed to the associate that I had an appointment with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him. He has called several times after I bought my Elantra. Then I went to the finance person who was wonderful. She was very kind and friendly and did s great job. My experience there was wonderful.
