I came in to wyatt johnson to check out a 2022 Tuscon after I seen the reviews on this car. The first time I came in (scott was not my sales person) I was shown a BROKEN Tuscon with stereo screen ripped out of the dash. The sales person said that there was a problem with the vehicle coming out of the factory but he would show me how everything works on this one because this was the only trim that they had and the manager told him to tell me to drive it even though It supposedly did not have all the safety features because of the stereo was not hooked up to something. I refused to drive it so I left and came back to check out another car. Scott was my sales person then and he was very informative and helpful to pinpointing what type of car and what I need in a car. I did not buy a car that day but I will definitely consider. Scott was a great help. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product but communication was a little bland and not very engaging. I wanted to feel excited about buying. Other than that. He helped me out quite a bit

My wife and I spent two afternoons at the dealership. The first afternoon we traveled to test drove a vehicle and really enjoyed it. By that evening Scott had digital paperwork on the way and began the process. My wife and I both had to work the next few days and Scott kept in contact. As soon as he heard about a potential issue with the vehicle Carfax he let me know. After exploring the issue my wife and I went a different direction on the vehicle. Scott was honest about the information and didn't try to convince us otherwise. Instead he prepared two other vehicles for us to look at the next afternoon. We left the lot with our new car that night. We had a financing plan, but it turned out that lot financing got us even more rebates. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and fantastic at their role.
Excellent customer service. Scott Winstead was such a huge help, very informative, and found me the best vehicle that checked off all my boxes. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
