Ray is awesome. I still cannot say enough good things about this place. My old truck needed some over
hauling. I had a lot to get done and I felt like the time and pricing was very fair. I trust this place to not try and upsell me. They say what needs done now and what can wait. They saved me money and a break down in the long run for sure!
The owner told me life is expensive enough without having a mechanic lie about your repairs. His shops goal is to be honest and get repeat customers. I’m 100% a repeat customer.

This is our second time at Tilleys Auto. Both times we have had a great experience. I find Jared to b
e honest and upfront. He is efficient. The first time I called he was very accommodating and we were able to make a same day appointment.
He doesn’t beat around the bush. He does the inspection and gives the estimate. There is an area to wait which is comfortable. Services are pretty quick with an appointment, not sure how long a walk in would take. We will be coming here for all maintenance moving forward because we’ve been very satisfied with the services. I don’t feel sketched out or like I’m about to be ripped off.

iously. And I just have to give it another 5-star rating again because of how caring this team is to me, my car, and my safety.
I came in for routine maintenance on my brakes and the team encountered an extra issue none of us could have foreseen. They knew my car very well and Andrew, Victor, and the mechanics worked diligently to diagnose and solve it. And they’ve kept me informed along the way.
This group are a virtuous, intelligent, honest, caring, and compassionate team of people—purely unmatched by anyone else. I’ve been a BMW owner for 11 years—lived in three different states, and I’ve never had this level of expertise and care before.
