As noted I’ve been a loyal Coastal Car Care customer for over 10 years. The reason is they are total
ly honest and hire technicians who understand the complexities of today’s transportation.

We had Christopher auto check out our Cherokee for a road trip we are taking and also look into a vib
ration in the steering column.
They kept us informed of the work they were going to do; gave us options on what needed attention and what could be fixed at a later date. Told us when the work was going to be completed. We are quite satisfied with the work and overall service.

Super helpful experienced staff providing excellent service
Everyone at the shop was super helpful and communicative. The best part was that they really help you
understand how things work as you try to understand what could have gone wrong and how to prevent future car issues.
After taking my car in, they fixed my car super fast (I had a hole in my block due to a snapped cylinder Rod). They kept me informed and did a nice clean job. I highly recommend this shop for current and future Subaru owners.
