Had problem with poor idle and check engine light on GM truck.. Problem only got worse in a matter of
hours.. Took vehicle in Monday and got it back two days later. . Engine had suffered asjor failure ti the valve lifter oil manifold. After replacement,truck runs great!

I brought my car to have seat covers installed (I couldn't figure out how to do it). Bill takes great
care of my car, and called me to share his thoughts on the slipcovers, that they weren't right for my car, and how they looked.
I value Bill's opinion, and stopped the process, and returned the seat covers.

We took our SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Chuck and Karl noticed the in cabin air filte
r needed to be replaced - it was super dirty so we are glad they noticed it and said something so that it could be replaced while they were already working on the vehicle. Thank you Chuck and Karl!
