Ray said his vehicle would not start, thinking it was the starter he took it to this business. They found the cause of the problem, the transmission was in drive. They recommend a diagnostic for safety concerns, the key should not be easily removed when the transmission is in drive. They should have just told him the problem and now run a diagnostic. He appreciates that they were there to help.

Spoke with Brian. He said he took the vehicle there for an alignment problem and the business did not find the problem. He took it elsewhere and found out the problem were the struts in the vehicle. He asked for a ride home and the business refused. Next time he was there, he had his infant son with him and then they decided to give him a ride. He did not think that was very good customer service and he would not return.
