The only drawback was when my car was near finished, I went out to the lot for the wash finishing up. My car was driven out to the other end of the lot and no one told me it was there. The desk staff knew I was right out side there door and it wasn’t till I went back in after 15-20 minutes to inquire about the status that the staff(Tony) asked my name and said it was done. He came out to help me locate it on the lot.
