Double chicken wing
My cars seem to be serviced just fine. My only qualm is there is a really loud guy that sits in an office behind the counter and criticizes everything. if he wasn't such a pain in everyone's ass, it would be a much more pleasant experience for all involved.

Spoke with Chanda. She said this business did a very good job, but she did not get an estimate on the repairs before the work was done.

When Alok brought the vehicle in he stated that he didn't have any headlights. We found that both high beam headlights were working but neither side worked on the dim setting. We could tell that both the bulbs were burnt out. We would need to replace them before we did any further diagnosis if needed. After replacing the bulbs we determined that there were no additional problems. It was at that time we let him know that all the vehicle needed was both low beam headlight bulbs. We assumed they would want to replace the bulbs and doing so to confirm nothing else was a problem seemed reasonable. We were trying to avoid calling them w/an estimate only to have to call back if we had found something else wrong.
