Just OK
Had a set of Tire Rack tires installed here as they are the closest designated receiver/installer. Arrived prior to my pre-arranged appt time hoping to wait on the install which one would expect to be an hour +/-. Was told they were a "little behind" and wouldn't be getting me right in so I got a ride home. It was over 3 hours later when I got a call saying they were done (glad I didn't wait on site). Both at drop off and pick up I had to stand in an unattended empty customer service lobby for some period of time wondering if someone would notice me there. At pick up, the counter person gave me keys to someone else's car and when I indicated they weren't mine he had a bit of a difficult time locating my keys. I was not inspired by the quality, attentiveness or efficiency of customer service here but in the end my tires were installed OK. I'm accustomed to much better service at another automotive shop that I frequent (State Street Tire).

Dave said he scheduled an appointment prior to coming in, but when he got to the business he was not in their system. They also did not reset the oil meter. They just changed the sticker so he is unsure if the oil was changed or not. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
