Deborah said the customer service was not good. She stated the employees didn't seem to want to fix her vehicle nor seem to care to fix it.

Hi Deborah. Confused by your review. We diagnosed the cause of your problems. Discussed the costs associated with those repairs and YOU decided not to have it repaired. We didn't even charge you to diagnose the situation. The technician spent a lot of time on your vehicle and even brought you into the shop to show you what had to be repaired. I would completely understand us getting a bad review for bad service, but we went out of our way to help you. This is a completely bogus review.

Grandson took his car there spent $3,000 now they say it needs a motor. Bull. When a young person takes a automobile to a shop for repairs . They shouldn’t have to put up with being robbed. There should be a big sign in their front window. It could say don’t worry if you don’t understand cars we’ll teach you how to get robbed. Stay away from this place.

Chris said he didn't know of the change of management, he was charged $80 for an estimate and he wasn't told that. He was misled and he would not return back.
