Linda said she thinks this business could have done better. After she picked her vehicle up from this business she went on a trip and on that trip she found out there was additional damage on the front end of her vehicle that the business should have seen and repaired. The other business that she brought her vehicle to did not understand why this business did not see the other damage, so she was disappointed with this business. She would not recommend them based on this experience.

We're disappointed to hear that Linda was not 100% satisfied. We had completed a front end alignment since she had recently had her tires replaced at another facility. Our practice is to thoroughly shake down the suspension parts prior to completing any alignment work. No parts were found to be loose at the time of the alignment. It would be helpful knowing what additional damage was found as it would allow us to avoid future oversites. Again, apologies for your inconvenience.
