We Never go anywhere else.
As I was writing up the repair at the desk the man at the front desk said that it was a leak. I said how can you say that? It's hasn't been looked at yet? Later on that day I recieved a call from Bill Brown telling me that yes it was a leak,but not only that but I had to have numerous parts replaced! Totaling $700!! I told them forget it . They charged the system and it stayed cold for about a day,I ended up still paying $110 for their service, way to high! I then took the focus over to another repair shop ( a friend of a friend) he charged the system put in coolant , said everything looked good but there might be a small,small leak in one of the hoses? Didn't need to spend $ 700 ! All he did was put a sealant in the system! Cost...$130 and it's been a week now and the air is still cold!! Will NOT go back to BILL BROWN . They try to make money by saying that you have to buy parts that you don't need. BUYER BEWARE!!! HAD to give one star, I would rather give them none!!

I am very sorry that you had a problem with our services. We run an honest shop and it is important to us to be fair with everyone. There is no way we can diagnose the AC before we looked at it. We may have had the idea of a leak if you mentioned that you had the system refilled before. Upon diagnosing, we did find a leak, but you chose not to fix it. We realized that it would leak out, although we did not believe it would leak so fast. Sealants work sometimes, but they are not recomended to use because they can ruin expensive compressors or the very expensive AC machine.
