This will be my last visit to this shop. Their estimator did a very poor and imaccurate assessment of my vehicle’s pre-accident condition which will cost me three or $4000 out of my pocket. This vehicle had no prior damage, but he told me he has to base my vehicle’s current condition on what it looks like when he sees them. The car was totaled, and when I challenged him on that, he said it smelled like smoke, because I smoke. So he considers my vehicle only in fair condition. Perhaps next time I should have my car detailed and he smoked before my next accident.
So much for my loyalty to them.
