"Professional, Accommodating, & Fair!"
Bourne's is always incredibly friendly, accommodating, and honest. I go here for all my oil changes, inspections, and repairs. I know I'll be told the truth about what my car needs, that it will be taken care of quickly and professionally, and that I'll get a fair price.

"Rene is honest and fair. I don't have to worry about the condition of my car."
I feel everyone there is friendly and honest. Rene calls and tells you what is wrong with the car and does what he says he is going to do. Never any surprise.

I needed a quick inspection and stopped at the first inspection station I passed. They were willing to fit me in, just waited a little while.

The receptionist was respectful and cordial when I called, and my request was attended to without complications or delay. On occasions where there were further complications regarding my car, these issues were carefully and thoroughly explained providing viable options for me to consider. Bourne's always operates with professionalism and consideration of their clients' needs.

Lily said she was really happy with everything. The staff was helpful, straightforward, and they communicated well. The service took 2 hours and it should have taken 30 minutes. The service took longer than anticipated.
