Trustworthy Sales
Last year I bought a car from them. I went to several car lots in the area and each one of them slimy and tried to get me to sign my life away and lied to me. Not this place. They were extremely calm and collected and didn't speak to fill the air. They were friendly and it felt genuine. So did their answers when we asked questions. I'm still happy with my car and there is no doubt that this is the car lot I will buy from again and will recommend.

Michelle said she went to this business because her battery kept draining and it wouldn't hold a charge. She said they installed a new battery, but 4 days later the new battery lost it's charge. She said she went to another auto business that her family recommended and she was told she needed new fuses. She won't recommend this business based on this experience.

Fast Turnaround time.
Very excellent service. Have used Brooks every since they moved to Beaver Creek. Loved them since they serviced the GEO. They still have the Thank You card on the wall.

Mechanic Jerry is very rude and disrespectful to women. He did not want to even listen to what i had to say. He rolled his eyes and threw up his hand to cut me off from what i was saying even though i had only gotten out 4 words. I will never recommend Brooks to anyone ever again because of how unbelievably rude Jerry is. I had to bring my car back after i had brought it there to get fixed on friday because on saturday the check engine light came back on. I took it to autozone to get the code read, it was the same code as before. so, I took it to brooks and Jerry tells the front lady that it's a gas cap. I'm NOT stupid. I've had the gas cap replaced not once but twice. Because before i took it to Brooks the FIRST time I thought that might be the problem but, it was NOT. I tried to tell him that but he didn't want to hear it. Jerry raised his hands to cut me off and rolled his eyes at me like i was the stupid female who doesn't know cars. You would think in this day and age there would not be sexiest jerks anymore or at least they would know to keep it to themselves. Jerry just lose money for Brooks Motor co. Jerry may have cleared out the code but when it comes back on ill be taking it to a mechanic who know's how to listen to the customer. I am willing to pay they extra cost to get great customer service from a professional and not someone who can't and won't listen to their female customers because it hurts their pride.
