Spoke with Debra. She said when this business was finished with her vehicle it was pulling to the left really bad. She took it back and they told her it would just work itself out. Her vehicle is still pulling and she would not recommend them based on the issues stated.

Chris said the facility flushed out the radiator. They replaced the cap on the plastic container and charged him $26 for it. He did not get an explanation for why the original cap was replaced. He's a repeat customer, all was fine other than this, but he is not recommending them for this reason.

Spoke with John's wife. She said the brakes weren't fixed when they drove away so she had to go back. The brakes work now.

Spoke with Judy. She said she is not confident in the business anymore even though she used to be. She asked them to check the brakes because they were making a noise and they said they were fine. She purchased 2 tires from them and her vehicle was still under warranty. She asked them to check the alignment and she does not believe that they did. When she took it to another place they said it was terribly out of alignment. She does not plan to take her vehicle to them again.

" Not happy with the service "
It took 3 days to repair my car. That is much more than it should have taken for the amount of work done. Plus the fact the battery went dead while there - because the brake pedal switch was broken and drained they battery. I had no trouble with the brake lights prior to bringing it in for service. I was lucky enough to have noted the lights on when I got home.
