Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your opinion on our process so we can look to make ourselves better. We have a great relationship with all of our Financial Institutions, especially Rogue, and always want to get our customers a competitve rate. Being a subsidiary of Rogue we have a contractual obligation to pass along their terms. In that there must have been a miscommunication between hte Sales team and Finance Department.
