Trying to make things better
I have to say that after submitting my low score survey, I was immediately contacted by 3 individuals.
They ordered me a part to install next week and they are trying to get to the root of the issue with my car.
It’s not fixed yet, but I have faith they are trying to assist me with this matter.

Problem not fixed
I went into have my brake lights looked at and I was told 2 are fine and the 3rd brake light was out and a bulb was replaced. I was also told they took care of recall issue. This is less than 1.5 weeks ago and I’m having same issue, bulb out and 3rd brake light not working again.

We are still waiting for Hyundai's decision on this. as soon as they respond we will let you know. i only have three days to send you a rescore request so i have to send that now. you do not have to rescore it until you are ready. please keep in mind this score reflect the dealership and not so much the manufacturer. Everyone knows your name
No matter what the always fit me in, and I'm back on the road within what seems like minutes.
The other day I had a tail light I stopped by and was out of there in 5 minutes I always feel special and that my car is the only one they're working on.
But I always I'm a good customer and I picked my times later in the day on a Tuesday or Thursday and I kind of look to see how busy they are and I always say please lol
