Lesley said the overall experience was a 3 because when she brought the vehicle in she had to wait quite a while for the person to do the estimate. She also said the total price for the repair was much more than had been quoted.

I was able to speak with Lesley regarding her comments. She stated that she had to wait for the estimate because there was already a customer with our estimator when she arrived, and that she had to wait until the estimator was finished with that customer. I asked Lesley if she had an appointment for the estimate, and she stated she did not. She followed up by saying everything was great and she is very happy! We attempt to schedule estimates to avoid this type of scenario. But often people "drop in" for an estimate, which can cause some delays with being helped if there is already a customer being helped. We try to process the estimate as quickly as possible, while also assessing the damage as thoroughly as possible and properly addressing the customer's concerns. I apologized to Lesley for the delay with getting the estimate. Thankfully, in the end she was very happy with her experience with us.
