Check engine lite
My wife brought my truck in for an oil change and also for a CHECK ENGINE light We got the oil change but she was told that the check engine lite was not important. It remains on and I’m still wondering if my truck requires service.

Hi Greg, I believe it was on for an EVAP code. Unless I'm mistaken, we cleared the code and asked to see vehicle again should the light return. We typically do this with some Trouble Codes we read in the Express Lube. 
Perhaps we should have emphasized the need to see the vehicle to proper diagnosis should it come on again. Sorry about that.
