Carolyn, We spoke during your repairs about the time frame. According to your insurance company's formula, the hours that were on your final estimate, the repairs should have taken 15 days. That number takes into account weekends, parts, repairs, prime, painting, assembly… Again, are very sorry about the confusion and the 5 day original repair time frame.
