Kenya said this business did a good job. Brandy helped her out a lot during her visit. They were supposed to fix her wheel alignment but it still seems to be off. She is expected to return for an inspection.

Caitlyn said the customer service at this business was horrible and slow. She was told her vehicle would be finished in a week but they had her vehicle for over 3 weeks. Initially, they never called to notify her of the delay and they did not tell her the cause of the delay. She said at first she thought the delay was due to the neglect of the other party, involved in the accident. Later on she found out her vehicle was delayed because this facility did not send the correct paperwork on time. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. She had to constantly get in contact with them because she had a rental vehicle and she needed to know how long to keep it. She is unsure if she was satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because her estimate was prepared by another facility. She stated she was not satisfied with the personal, she felt they were not being truthful with her. However, the personal was friendly. She was not satisfied with the communication for reasons previously stated. She would not recommend them based on this experience.

Martin said he thinks his vehicle's completion date was promised from this business on a Friday, but he did not get it back until the following Tuesday. His expectation of getting his vehicle back was not met. However, the employees did a very fine job on the service they provided. They did not provide a reason for the delay of his vehicle. He had received a call that his vehicle would be done on Friday, but he had to follow up with them. He showed up on Friday thinking it was done but it was not. He did not really get a call until it was done. They had called him on Wednesday to say his vehicle would be done on Friday, but again, it was not done. He did not really get a call back from them until the day it was done. The bottom line was that they did a fine job working on the vehicle. He was not entirely satisfied with their communication, and they could have been a little bit better at communicating. They had his email but he does not recall getting an email back from them. They also have an online system, and he tried it but that did not work. He would recommend them and they do good work, but he would suggest that one makes sure the employees communicate with them. His BMW dealer said this facility is where they send all of their vehicles for bodywork.

Spoke with David. He said he had some issues with this facility. They were undergoing a new manager and a new dealership manager. He had an issue and none of the employees would follow through with anything. They did the repairs and they were excellent. The craftsmanship and paint work were superior. He is willing to forgive and forget about the communication issue. It was the manager's first day and she had apologized and said she was going to fix things. He likes that they follow up and his experience was good. The people at this facility did not follow through due to the issues mentioned earlier. He would probably recommend this business, for their repairs were excellent, which was the most important part. His vehicle is an Audi and this facility is Audi certified, which is why he chose them.

John said they did not communicate with him at all and he had to make all of the calls. They did not make the date that they tried to get the vehicle done by. Some of it was due to parts, but there were other things which he did not specify on. They did not put the chrome back on the drivers side door handle and he had to do it himself. There was another piece that did not get put on as well. There was an unfriendliness with the staff and his vehicle smelled of oil when he got in it. He picked it up on a flat as well and his check engine light is on. He is not sure if that had to do with the work that was done or not.

Ryan said he was not satisfied with his overall experience because there was a lack of communication. His vehicle was an unspecified amount of days late and he does not know why. He was not kept informed during the repair process due to reasons previously stated. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate but he did not elaborate further. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because the customer service was horrible.

Jessica said this business did a great job on the work but she was not satisfied with the employee she worked with. There was no promise of time and she had to keep calling the employee she worked with to receive updates. They only called her back one time out of the many she called them. This business also never let her know that she should be looking for a check from the insurance company or what to expect in general.

Ruben said this business did an amazing job on the repair of his vehicle and it looks brand new. The only issue he had with them was it took a long time. His vehicle was delayed by a week, because one of their employees had gone on vacation.
