GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Jeff F. & Julianne at Crest Collision are nothing short of AMAZING! I bought a Honda (HONDA WAS NOT PURCHASED AT CREST, IT WAS PURCHASED IN G.A.) about 11 months ago. Upon trying to insure it through a new company I found out the car was sold to me with "frame damage". The frame damage was not disclosed to me upon sale, it also was not on the Carfax, so, I had no idea the extent of the damage or even where the damage occurred. After being turned down by numerous collision shops Jeff F. took the time to listen to what my husband and I were saying and promptly made an appointment for me to have my car inspected. Jeff gave us the most conclusive picture he could about the current state of my vehicle so that we could make the most educated decision possible concerning our next steps with the car. I am so thankful to Julianne & Jeff for taking the time to hear that we were not looking for a guarantee, but rather a full picture from a professional about my vehicles state of being. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your time, knowledge, and integrity. You have earned a lifetime customer!

I came in for an estimate to reattach the front fascia on my car which was kislodged by a parking bump stop. The estimator had one of the mechanics look at it and they agreed to reattach it with a few new clips for no charge. The entire experience lasted about 30 minutes. Amazing. I have had paint repairs made here in the past and the service has always been the best. Everyone is courteous and professional. Great place to have body repairs done to your car. I recommend them to everyone.

Michael said this business did the work they were supposed to do. They had to change the delivery a few times. First they told him the repair would take three weeks, then one month and then two months. These delays were caused by the insurance company. Their software always kept him up to date.
