Samer said this business took awhile to get the parts in and when he received his vehicle the battery was dead so he had to charge it. He was not kept updated and he had to do most of the calling to this business.

Michale said the repair from the business was a good job but they took 3 times longer than expected. They told him his vehicle would be finished in a week but they had it for longer than 3 weeks due to the wrong parts coming in. The nose on the vehicle does not match the original nose that was on his vehicle. The part they used was a 2016 and not a 2014. They were very apologetic.

Jessica said there are two scratches on her vehicle that she knows were not there before. She has to go back to this business because there was miscommunication on a part that was supposed to be put on her vehicle and they only replaced the back windshield wiper not the whole windshield wiper itself. She mentioned that her vehicle was returned to her dirty as well.

Anupam said the repairs took 1.5 weeks longer. He said he had to take it back to the business twice to have his headlight fixed. The person that oversees the body shop should go over the invoice with the customer.

Wesley said the vehicle was not ready when he was told it would be. There was a run in the paint and the rock guards were not put back on. He made two flights into town to get the vehicle and it was ready on the second trip. The staff was not very cordial to deal with. The quality of work and the lack of attention to detail makes him not want to recommend this business to others.

Jarrell said the employee who worked on his vehicle did not notify or provide him with updates during the repair process which he requested when he dropped it off. He made multiple attempts by phone to get feedback and eventually had to speak with a manager to get some answers. After his discussion with the manager, the level of customer service increased and the work performed was perfect. They originally estimated repairs to take three days but readjusted the estimate to two weeks after looking the vehicle over completely.

Mark said this business did not complete the body repairs needed. He has to go to the Audi dealer, which is 30 miles away to have a system reset. He stated he feels this should have been done before returning his vehicle.

Gabrielle said the repairs took an extremely long time, there had not been a promise date. She called them twice, and they called her once during the time, they had her vehicle. She wished they had contacted her more, while they had her vehicle. She would recommend them because they did a really good job on vehicle, but the communication, and time was not very good.

Brittany said at first they were a little hard to work with, and they were not very friendly. She stated at first, she was feeling insecure, and uneasy. It got better during the process, it just took a very long time. Her vehicle was delayed about 2 and a half weeks. They had received different parts, than the ones that were ordered. Then they had to be reordered. One of their employees was out sick. She was not kept well informed during the repair. She had to make most of the contact with them. She was unsure about the communication, because she had to keep calling them to find out if her vehicle was ready. She mentioned she would use this business again, because her vehicle looks brand new.

Chris said when he dropped off his vehicle, he got the impression, they would have repairs completed in 3 to 4 days. However, the repairs took a week due to finding additional damage, and a parts delay. He is not satisfied with their communication, nor the way they kept him informed. He would receive text messages, but there was a long delay between them, and he had to call them. When he did call, he would be transferred to about 3 different people, before he getting the person. He chose them because they are the only Audi repair facility in town.

Shirley said she would have liked to have been kept better informed during the repair. The repair was promised to be completed on a certain day, but was changed a few times.Tthe promise time was not kept. The vehicle was completed several days later than it had been promised. The vehicle had to be taken to the dealership, and it remained there longer than what had been expected. There was also a delay caused by the weather. She said when she expected to be called back by the facility all of the calls were not returned. The estimate was done through her insurance company, so she was not involved with it.

Janet said she was not happy with this business and the time it took for them to complete the repair on her vehicle. She was unsure about the quality of the repair because she has only had her vehicle back for 2 days. It took this business 5 months to complete the repair and it was actually over 30 days past the promise date. They had to go back to the insurance company twice to get the remainder of the work approved that had been missed the first time. She had to constantly contact them because they did not keep her informed at all during the process. The person that had prepared the estimate had missed over $20,000 of work that needed to be done. She was not happy with their communication at all, because she always had to contact them. She stated she had to recommend this business for service, even though their customer service was terrible, because they are the only certified Audi repair facility in her area.

Larry said the quality of work at this business is good, and this is his third experience with them. However, they are not very good at communicating or managing expectations. On this visit, they actually did not complete the service, and that required him to return to them with his vehicle and follow up with a couple of other people to get his vehicle fixed. His vehicle was delayed one day, but it was not completed, and it had taken a couple more days to sort that out. He stated that he thought the estimate was accurate, which is why he was surprised when they did not complete all of the service as covered in the estimate. All of the employees were nice. He will probably not recommend them, but he will go back to them. There are not a lot of options for him to receive service and their work is good.

Kella said this business kept her vehicle for 3 months but they promised it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. They told her the delay was because of parts. She was not kept informed because she had to call them to find out the status of the repair and they never communicated with her. She would not recommend this facility because of the delay and they did not do the alignment that was needed. Her vehicle had to be sent to another facility so the alignment could be done.

Jessica said this business did a great job on the work but she was not satisfied with the employee she worked with. There was no promise of time and she had to keep calling the employee she worked with to receive updates. They only called her back one time out of the many she called them. Donna said the business took too long to repair her vehicle. They promised the vehicle in three days and they took three and a half weeks. She had to contact them several times before they finally told her they ordered the wrong bumper.
