Mark said the repairs took a little too long. It was not their fault because there was a delay in parts. Any information he got, he got because he had called them. They are the only BMW certified facility in the area.

Eric said he was satisfied with everything that this business did, but he feels like they could of been a little quicker with the repairs. There was a week delay for his vehicle, because they found additional damage to his vehicle. He chose this facility because he wanted to go to a dealership and not a body shop because he felt like they would do a better job.

Wendy said she has noticed the welding is starting to buckle and pull apart. The repair does not look really smooth like it did at first and the repair is now evident. It took longer than promised. She needed the rental vehicle two extra days. There was issues in the paint shop. She said she had to call the business for information. She had no contact with the business.

Erin said the business did a great job on the bumper. The accident caused the bumper to make a dent in the tire and she does not like the way it looks. She said the tire is drivable but she does not know what damage, it may cause in the future. Due to this, she will not recommend this business to others.

Jan said she was really happy with the work this business did. The only issue was, they called her while she was out of town. They called to see if she wanted them to order a part for her vehicle so the repairs would be complete. They never got a hold of her. Instead, they went ahead and put her vehicle together, without the part. She stated she wishes they had waited until they had gotten a hold of her, to put the vehicle together.

Justin said this business is good but they take forever to complete the repairs and he had to stay on top of them to get the vehicle finished. He is unsure if his vehicle was ready when promised because he was not given a promise time by this business. He had to contact this business in order to get an update on the repair process and when the vehicle would be finished. He said this business is lacking communication and needs to work on this. He mentioned this business has done good work for him in the past and Tyler was terrific.
