Jeff said the front passenger side foam is coming lose under the carpet. He has been told to bring the vehicle back in. When he reported the concern, everyone was super helpful and there were no arguments regarding the problem.

Donna said the business took too long to repair her vehicle. They promised the vehicle in three days and they took three and a half weeks. She had to contact them several times before they finally told her they ordered the wrong bumper. Their communication needs to be improved because they never called her back, she had to continually call them.

Keisha said she did not have any complaints about the business and the staff was honest. Ter vehicle was delayed 2 weeks because when the part they ordered came in, a staff member dropped it so they had to reorder the part. She was not informed that her vehicle would take 5 weeks to repair. She said she chose the facility because the are Mercedes certified.

Amber said the repairs took awhile to get done. She initially was told they would be completed in two weeks and instead they took an entire month. She was not given a reason for this delay. They did not contact her insurance company resulting in the insurance company almost cutting her off and wanting to charge her for the rental vehicle that she was given. She had to do most of the communicating to find out the progress of the repairs, rarely was she given a call by them.
