Spoke with Jess. He said the repair took 1 extra day and he believes it was delayed because the business was too busy. He thought he would get more done with his insurance claim and added that this business should do more to compete with BMW.

Jess, We certainly are sorry that your car was delayed. The insurance companies do control what they consider accident related and will only repair what is deemed related. Christina said that there was no certainty about when the vehicle would be returned. The business said it would be eight days but it ended up being longer. She did not elaborate. She called once to check on the vehicle and they told her eight days, that was all the communication she had with the business.

Gregg said he would rate his overall experience with the business a 4 because one of his headlight bulbs was not working when he received his vehicle back from the business. He was not comfortable saying whether or not he is satisfied with the quality of the repair because its only been 1 week since he had the work performed, and there was a lot of engine work done. He is however very satisfied with the physical appearance of the vehicle.

Tessy said her vehicle was due in 6 days, but ready in 3 weeks. She waited for several days without receiving updates. On the day her vehicle was due to be ready, she called and learned it would take at least another week, due to a supplement. She had to call for updates to stay on top of the repairs. She brought her vehicle back today, because the passenger front door wouldn't open from the outside, and the hazard lights would come on. The staff was fairly thorough, very nice, and very helpful when she would call them. She would be hesitant to recommend them. If they would tweak the communication, she would highly recommend them.
