Always have had excellent service at this location! If I will drive just over an hour for an oil change when I can get it done closer says something!

Sharon, Thank you for the honest review. I spoke with my service team to determine why your oil change service took so long. It is not the norm for a service to take nearly an hour when an appt has been made. This is not an excuse, but i understand from the advisor that two of our techs called in sick on that day and that is what lead to the delay. I am sure your next visit will be a quicker one. Because I was under the weather, I had my Granddaughter bring my car for servicing. I called the service department first and told them what was happening and my granddaughters name. They treated her with all the respect they would have treated me. From the time she brought the car through the service door, until she paid the bill with my debit card. Thank you Eide Hyundai and your service department.

I recently got my vehicle serviced and the service department was amazing as always. I was notified of a recall on my vehicle and a 20 minute fix took care of that. While I waited I looked to renew my lease and everyone in the sales department were friendly and helpful.
