Was amazed at the customer service from Rick at Ford of Kirkland!
I hope I'm remembering his name correctly... A really helpful, funny, friendly guy named Rick took care of me when I went to Ford of Kirkland to get some spare keys made and a headlight replaced. It was raining, and they've got construction going on there now, so he drove me over to the waiting room in another building so I wouldn't get wet and then picked me up again when the work was done, even driving through the auto door into the dealership's interior so he could deposit me directly indoors. The work was done quickly, and he did a good job of explaining all the charges. GREAT customer service!
