Not Sure What Really Happened
Tech was asked to examine my hitch mount and bolts after a long cross country trip towing a trailer. I was first told one thing and then told another about why they broke off one of the bolts and had to drill it out. But I was there 2.5 hours and left with a feeling that I either wasn't being leveled with or the tech was not the most experienced one they could get. Either way, it was less than a positive experience. Thankfully they didn't charge me by the hour for the bolt debacle.
