Great service experience
I took my Hyundai Elantra in for its first oil change this week. It was easy to make the appointment, I got there and was immediately attended to, and although the service advisor said it would take about an hour to complete the oil change, the multi-point inspection and the free car wash, it was all finished in only 40 minutes! I bought my car at Garden Grove Hyundai - that was a very painless experience - thanks to the great salespeople; and now the service is equally impressive. I have never received the kind of attention from any dealership in all my years of car ownership as I have from this one ... and I'm almost 60 years old. In the past all my cars were Toyotas but because they have declined in quality in the past few years, I decided to make a switch to Hyundai, and I'm really glad I did!
