Tina said the business only fixed one thing because they did not have enough employees. She asked why and was told, they don't want to hire more staff members She used to recommend them but since they told her that statement, she would not recommend them.

Dale said he initially went to this business because he was having issues with his transmission. It was hard shifting, they found other issues once they put it on the code reader. He is unsure if they actually took his vehicle for a test drive so they could experience what he was experiencing. He is still having the same issue with his vehicle.

Arnold was contacted and stated that it was because the parts distributor took so long to get the part and it was the wrong part they delivered. He came in for an oil change today and we made sure he had a hot coffee and some hot apple pie. He left very satisfied. Thank you Arnold.
