Also, the dealership willingly provided critical service support by phone required due to a total lack of service support from other Genesis dealers while traveling back through NY State to Michigan. We were confronted with a severe electrical issue (a large number of warnings going off every 15 seconds or so), and our dealer helped to assess the issues and risks of continuing driving, -- versus 3 other Genesis dealers along the route who were too busy to assist or schedule an emergency service (and one dealer said they couldn't schedule us for two weeks, the others were days and we had to walk in and wait to be seen??).
Again, excellent sales and service support, a real gem for Southwest Michigan.
