The service writer Kristina was great
The service took longer than initially expected. The waiting area was average. Could be much better. Amenities are limited.
My sales person did not have the knowledge I expected of the car I purchased. He should know how everything works and take whatever time necessary to go over them until the buyer feels comfortable. I had to come back to see Kristina to go over all the cars features and sign me up for the connect service.

Service subpar
In my opinion the Genesis and Hyundai dealerships should be separate. When you invest that much money in a high end vehicle the experience should be exceptional and it is not.

Bad Service Department
They do t call you back and they don't do what you tell them!! I have heard so many excuses, I am sick of excuses! Do the work, return phone calls, I should NOT have to call a manager from another department every time I need service. They never rotate my tires! I bought two cars from them, gave them a second chance! First car needed new tire before 11,000 miles, because they never rotated the tires, took months to get it fixed and taken care of, grease on my seats, 20 lbs air pressure in my tires, and on and on....second car, I was told whole NEW service department all new people. ....ha, ha in me, same problems, they don't call you back, they don't do the service you tell them to. They don't call you to ask you about it, they just return the car without it done! Second car needed new tires with less than 15,000 miles ...this service department stinks!!! I was told it would be better!!! LIES, ALL LIES!!!!

Far away from “luxury” as was promised
First available valet pick up in 6 weeks. Seriously, in 6 weeks? and they have only one loaner car but windshield is cracked and they can’t give it.

Sales department is the back bone of the place.
Sales department is great but the service department needs a lot of work and from what I’m told a can see they are working on it so we will wait and see. I hate do give them only two stars but service is the reason why.
