First service trip once the rep realized I didn't pay extra for some card told me I had to pay for inspection(I didn't)
Had to argue to have windshield wipers replaced at 1 month(they were streaking because protective film was left on half of the windshield.
Frequently run out of time to wash car.
Once had to wait 1 1/2 months for loaner car for scheduled service.
Have continually asked for the nav maps to be updated with responses: don't know how, I have to do it, problems with Genisis, car is now 1 1/2 years old and nav will not work until they are updated.
I have owned 4 BMWs and 4 Audis- GV 70 is on par with them service is not. Daughter gets better treatment at Kia on her Telluride.
